Here's mine

A turtle with a mini world on it's back ala Terry Pratchett and Discworld.

This could be a charity turtle also, especially relevant to Terry Pratchett's battle against Alzheimers at the moment. A true collector's item, along with giving some funds to a worthwhile charity.

And my second ideas =

antennae and insect wings - obviously you couldn't do this at the same time (or could you?) to make a ladybug or butterfly turtle.

a pentacle that sits on the top shell.

<laughs> Keep in mind folks, this is a ONE prim accessory... That said, a lot of things can be done with one prim.
